WWFL fields teams across five age divisions, each led by dedicated volunteer coaches focused on development, safety, and fun.
Age Divisions
Find Your Athlete's Division
6U Division
Ages 5–6 — Introductory division focused on fundamentals, fun, and learning the game.
8U Division
Ages 7–8 — Building on basics with more structured plays and flag-pulling technique.
10U Division
Ages 9–10 — Increased competition with a full route tree and defensive schemes.
12U Division
Ages 11–12 — Faster-paced games with an emphasis on strategy and leadership.
14U Division
Ages 13–14 — Our most competitive division, preparing athletes for the next level.
Coaches
Led by Volunteers Who Care
Every WWFL team is led by background-checked volunteer coaches who are trained in age-appropriate skill development and safety. Many are parents in the league themselves.
